Public Engagement Web Based Software Platform

The purpose of this announcement is to express the intent of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (‘JTA’ or ‘Authority’) to award a Sole Source Contract to Cityzen Solutions, Inc. dba PublicInput for the continued use of the PublicInput Platform, an existing software-as-a-service (SaaS) system to manage public involvement and communications activities. All questions or concerns regarding this Sole Source must be submitted on the JTA OpenGov Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/jtafla under the “Question and Answer”, tab or contact the Procurement Department at procurement@jtafla.com . All responses to questions will be uploaded to the JTA OpenGov Procurement Portal
