Professional Implementation Services for Oracle Utilities Billing

The City of Fort Myers, Florida ("the City"), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional implementation services for a new Utility Billing System (UBS) that will support the City's water, wastewater, and solid waste utility operations. Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City intends to acquire the rights to use a Utility Billing System that satisfies the functional, technical, and implementation requirements identified herein.
