As requested by the Housing Policy & Economic Development Division (Hereinafter the “Division”), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, “County”) has issued this Invitation to Negotiate (hereinafter, “ITN”) with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified Vendors in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated or attached. At a minimum, the Vendor must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated.
