PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES POOL

The City is soliciting qualified planning consultants to form a pre‑approved pool capable of providing professional planning services on an as‑needed basis. Selected firms may be engaged to support a variety of planning activities, including long‑range planning, development review, zoning analysis, land‑use studies, public engagement, urban design support, and other related tasks that enhance the City’s capacity to manage growth and development. The intent of this RFQ is to identify firms with demonstrated experience, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of municipal planning practices.
