Plan Review and/or Inspection Services

The City of St. Augustine's Planning and Building Department is requesting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms for building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or site inspections and plan review services in accordance with requirements of Florida Statutes 468, Part XII and Florida Building Code, Building, Chapter 1 and any other applicable Chapters of the City's Municipal Code and Ordinances. These services shall be provided on an as-needed basis, as determined by the City. The City reserves the right to award to more than one firm. The firm(s) shall act as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the City.
