The State of Florida (State), Department of Management Services (Department), seeks information through this Request for Information (RFI) from the vendor community regarding cutting-edge cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms. The Department is seeking to understand modern solutions that offer a flexible human resource (HR) ecosystem, allow for the timely adoption of new HR technologies, significantly improve the employee and manager experience, support enterprise scalability, integrate self-service tools, and inherently support a corresponding, dedicated HR Service Center model.
