Parking Garage Emergency Lighting Renovation

The City of St. Augustine is seeking qualified General Contractors to remove and install emergency lighting at the Historic Downtown Parking Facility (HDPF) located at 1 Cordova Street, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. The Scope of Work, in accordance with the Bid Set Drawings, includes the removal of fixtures, associated conduit and wiring, and the installation of new fixtures, inverters, panels, photocells, conduit, and wiring.
