Osceola Avenue Corridor Improvements

The Osceola Avenue corridor is a vital component of Clearwater’s downtown transportation network and is located adjacent to several ongoing development projects, including the Osceola Parking Garage, The Bluffs, and Harborview. The corridor also serves as a primary route for major downtown events at Coachman Park and the Capitol Theatre. The City of Clearwater is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for construction of the Osceola Corridor Improvements. The work generally includes roadway reconstruction, stormwater improvements, potable water, reclaimed water and sanitary sewer improvements, pedestrian and signal improvements, intelligent transportation systems, landscaping, and related work. The Contractor will be required to coordinate with adjacent construction projects, maintain safe access and mobility, accommodate downtown events, minimize impacts to residents and businesses, and complete the work in accordance with the contract documents.
