Operator for the McCollum Hall Music & Performing Arts Center

The Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency seeks proposals from qualified organizations, firms, nonprofit entities, cultural operators, or operator teams to manage, program, activate, and operate the McCollum Hall Music & Performing Arts Center as a community-centered, historically respectful, financially sustainable, and year-round cultural destination. The selected Operator shall be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive operating model that restores McCollum Hall as a destination for live music, performing arts, cultural programming, community events, education, heritage tourism, local artist development, and public access . This Scope of Work and evaluation criteria emphasize community engagement within the MLK Redevelopment Area, accessible and inclusive music and arts programming, cultural and historical activation, flexible multi-use operations, partnerships, heritage tourism, local artist development, sustainable operations, and year-round activation.
