OLD ST. AUGUSTINE ROAD SIDEWALK PROJECT

Leon County is seeking the services of a single qualified contractor to construct a sidewalk along Old St. Augustine Road in two seperate locations. 1) South side of the road from Winchester Lane to west of Blairstone Road Intersection. 2) North side of the road from east of Blairstone Road intersection to Paul Russell Road. Additional services will be driveway, regrading, culvert extension, boardwalk, handrail, and other associated work. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 10:00am in the Leon County Purchasing conference room located at 1800-3 North Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Fl. 32308. Attendance is mandatory to be eligible for award.
