Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Proprietary Electric Utility Software Licensing, Maintenance, and Support Services

Notice is hereby given that the City of Homestead intends to award a contract on a sole source basis for the procurement of proprietary electric utility software licensing, software maintenance, technical support, software updates, implementation services, integration services, and related professional services supporting the City's existing electric utility software environment, including engineering analysis, geographic information system (GIS), field operations, outage management, and related utility applications. The City intends to negotiate and award a contract to the following vendor: Milsoft Utility Solutions, Inc.
