Description
Addendum #003 provides a revision to the ITB Timeline. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Addendum #002 includes revised Attachment I - Price Sheet, which bidders are required to use. Vendors are required to use Attachment I - Price Sheet in this Addendum for their bid to be considered Responsive. Attachment X- Non-Disclosure Agreement is included for disclosure purposes and must be completed as required. The Department's written answers to written questions received are also included in this addendum. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Addendum #001 provides a revision to the ITB Timeline. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this ITB is to secure Responsive Bids from Responsive Vendors to provide trash collection services for Regions 1 and 2.
