Commerce has identified a need to retain the Neustar software and maintenance support product, GeoPoint IP Intelligence. Neustar IP Intelligence, Inc., a subsidiary of Neustar, Inc., is the sole patent holder/licensor of the proprietary GeoPoint technology and owner/licensor of the copyright in the proprietory software used in the GeoPoint technology.
