LETTING LOCATION: TPK HDQ POSTING DATES: 11/03/2026 and 11/17/2026 CONTRACT DAYS: 365 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 14 The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove graffiti and other stains and markings by pressure cleaning concrete or metallic surfaces and coating concrete surfaces on bridges, including beams and columns, barrier walls, slope pavement, sound walls, and reinforced or mechanically stabilized earth walls and other structures, at various locations on the Homestead Extension of Florida's Turnpike (HEFT, SR 821), Milepost (MP) 0.0 to 47.9; Florida's Turnpike (SR 91), MP 0.0X to 100.0; and the Sawgrass Expressway (SR 869), MP 0.0 to 21.8; including ramps, feeder, and connector roads. Bidders must be a small business as defined by the Department. NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD FOR THIS CONTRACT.
