LETTING LOCATION: 1074 Hwy 90 Chipley POSTING DATES: 12/03/2026 and 12/17/2026 CONTRACT DAYS: CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: N/A The purpose of this Contract is to provide Generator Installation and Refueling Operations and Traffic Signal Repair Operations pursuant to a Governors and Presidents Declaration of a State Emergency. This Contract will be a regional contract that will include counties within District Three. The Contractor shall perform Generator Installation and Refueling Operations and Traffic Signal Repair Operations pursuant to the terms of this Contract and at the direction of the Department. FHWA 1273 and Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable for this Contract The Contractor shall provide a letter to the Department at the time of bid, from a surety authorized to do business in the State of Florida verifying the contractor is bondable in the State of Florida. For the purposes of this contract the dollar amount is established at $2,000,000.00 There is no requirement for a bid bond for this contract. Counties: DIST/ST-WIDE Eligibility: Eligible
