LETTING LOCATION: TPK HDQRTRS POSTING DATES: 01/19/2027 and 02/02/2027 CONTRACT DAYS: 365 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 14 The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to trim or prune trees and vegetation, landscape maintenance of palms, trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses and ground cover, fertilizer application, chemical insect/disease control, weeding, herbicide application, mulching, including litter removal, at various locations on the Homestead Extension of Florida's Turnpike (HEFT) (SR 821), Milepost (MP) 0.0 to 47.9, Sawgrass Expressway (SR 869) MP 0.0 to 21.8, and Florida's Turnpike Mainline (SR 91) MP 0.0X to 100.0. NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD FOR THIS CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE DOCUMENTATION: Expertise and Experience is required in the performance of Landscaping. Experience in Landscaping Form (850-070-09) must be filled out and submitted with the bid to be reviewed by the Department. PREQUALIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
