LETTING LOCATION: TPK HDQRTRS POSTING DATES: 01/19/2027 and 02/02/2027 CONTRACT DAYS: 365 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 14 The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform routine landscape maintenance, large and small machine mowing including litter removal, edging, palm and tree pruning/trimming, landscaping, irrigation, mulch, fertilizer and herbicide applications at the SunTrax Test Facility located off Polk Parkway (SR 570) on Braddock Road, in accordance with plans and the specifications herein. NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD FOR THIS CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE DOCUMENTATION: Expertise and Experience is required in the performance of Landscaping.
