LETTING LOCATION: TPK HDQ POSTING DATES: 11/03/2026 and 11/17/2026 CONTRACT DAYS: 180 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 14 The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform a turnkey replacement of existing two (2) direct expansion (DX) coil rooftop units serving the UPS Room #140 located at Boca Tolls Data Center, Florida's Turnpike Mainline, Exit 75. The Bidder (Prime Contractor) shall be currently licensed and hold a certification or registration issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as an Air Conditioning Contractor (Class ?A?) or Mechanical Contractor in strict accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes.
