LETTING LOCATION: TPK HDQTRS POSTING DATES: 01/26/2027 and 02/09/2027 CONTRACT DAYS: 180 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 14 The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform a turnkey replacement of two (2) existing 130kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units in the Tolls Data Room 6018 and one (1) 20kVA UPS unit in Video Server Room 6028 located at SunWatch Building No. 5319, Turnpike Headquarters Complex, Turkey Lake Service Plaza, Florida's Turnpike Mainline, Milepost 263.0. ATTENDANCE AT A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE IS REQUIRED TO BID ON THIS WORK. THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2026, AT 9:00 A.M. AT THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, TURNPIKE HEADQUARTERS COMPLEX, BUILDING 5315, LOCATED AT THE TURKEY LAKE SERVICE PLAZA, FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE, MILEPOST 263.0. A NON-MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE. The Bidder (Prime Contractor) or sub-contractor shall be currently licensed and hold a certification or registration issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as an Electrical Contractor in strict accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes.
