The City of St. Cloud is seeking bids from qualified, and insured CONTRACTORS to provide mulching and disposal services for vegetative waste in accordance with the specifications detailed herein. The selected CONTRACTOR will furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, machinery, tools, apparatus, transportation, and fuel necessary to perform all operations efficiently, safely, and in an environmentally responsible manner.
