Mid-Clay Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Ground Storage Tank (GST) No. 3

CCUA requests sealed bids from qualified Bidders for Project Title . The Selected CONTRACTOR shall furnish and construct, unless otherwise noted, all necessary permits, labor, equipment, and materials to complete the Mid-Clay WRF GST No. 3 Project. Mid-Clay WRF is located at 2926 Jubilee Lane, approximately 0.2 miles North of Sandridge Boulevard, in Middleburg, FL. The work shall consist of the following, but not limited to, the Work identified in the Solicitation Documents. Mobilization/Demobilization, General Requirements, and Bonds and Insurance. Environmental Protection. Placing compacted fill located on site for preparation for the GST foundation in accordance with the Contract Documents. Construction of a 750,000-gallon capacity prestressed concrete ground-level reclaimed water storage tank and associated yard piping. Site restoration. Conduct all necessary testing and start-up. Prepare Record Drawings. A detailed summary of Work is provided in the bid documents and drawings. CONTRACTOR is responsible for protecting existing materials, structures, and equipment on-site during construction activities. All materials, methods of construction, and standards must be in accordance with the CCUA’s approved material manual, specs, and details. CCUA will evaluate the bids, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder selected by CCUA.
