Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of Pine Island Fitness Center

The Town of Davie is seeking qualified vendors to provide quarterly preventative maintenance and repair services for fitness equipment at the Pine Island Fitness Center. The services are intended to maintain the equipment in a safe, reliable, and operational condition through routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and re-upholstering, as needed. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, and parts required to perform the services in accordance with applicable safety requirements and manufacturer guidelines. Work shall be performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to facility operations.
