ITB-26-46 Lift Station 151 Shipp Reck Harbor

The project consists of the construction of a new sanitary lift station and demolition of existing LS 151. The new lift station will be located next to the existing lift station. The work includes sanitary lift station construction, Flygt pump package installation, electrical installation, emergency by-pass pump installation, Vega level sensor installation, 2 new doghouse manholes, 2 new 8” PVC gravity sewer mains, new 6” PVC force main, new 2” water service line, driveway and apron, stormwater drainage improvements (box culvert and wingwalls), bollards at driveway entrance, and chain link security fence with rolling gate and concrete footer. The project also includes clearing and grubbing (tree removals within the easement area), and final site restoration. The descriptions are not intended to be a complete list of the work. The project shall be constructed in accordance with the City of Winter Haven construction plans, standard specifications, contract provisions, special conditions and permits.
