Invitation to Negotiate for Leased Space

6/26/26: The Department hereby posts Addendum 1 to the ITN. Addendum 1 modifies Section IV, Lease Terms and Conditions, and Attachment A, Agency Specifications. Please review Addendum 1 in its entirety. A modified version of the ITN document that includes these changes is posted to this advertisement as well. ****************************************************************** The Department of Financial Services (“Agency”) is requesting Replies to this Invitation to Negotiate (“ITN”) in which the Agency is seeking between 14,188 and 15,682 usable square feet of contiguous space. The type of space required is Office and Warehouse for the Department of Financial Services’ Division of Criminal Investigations and State Fire Marshal. Space is to be located within the boundaries outlined on Page 4 of the ITN. The Agency has authorized Savills, Inc. to be its exclusive representative during this solicitation for space. The written Replies are acceptable via U.S. Mail, private courier service, or hand-delivery to: Department of Financial Services Office of Purchasing and Contractual Services Larson Building 200 East Gaines Street Tallahassee, FL 32399 Any protest concerning this solicitation shall be made in accordance with Sections 120.57(3) and 255.25(3)(d) of the Florida Statutes and Rule 28-110 of the Florida Administrative Code. It is the Agency’s intent to ensure that specifications are written to obtain the best value for the State and that specifications are written to ensure competitiveness and fairness in the solicitation process. NOTICE OF PROTEST OF THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE MADE WITHIN SEVENTY-TWO HOURS AFTER POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION. Questions to the Official Contact Person shall not constitute formal notice. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to file a bond or other security within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
