Interior Facility Repairs - Youth Athletic Complex

What is the solicitation method? The County is seeking a general contractor to make repairs on the second-floor at the Youth Athletic Complex baseball building, including carpentry, flooring, ceilings, and painting. The County anticipates entering into a Small Construction Contract for the duration of the Project.
