Intent to Single Source for Military Talent Acquisition Training Program

The City of Tampa Police Department (TPD) is seeking specialized Military Talent Acquisition Training to enhance the Department’s recruitment and hiring efforts focused on military veterans and transitioning service members. The training will provide TPD personnel involved in recruitment, talent acquisition, and community outreach with strategies and tools to identify, attract, engage, and recruit qualified military talent for law enforcement careers. Training will address areas such as military-focused candidate outreach, recruiting channels, candidate engagement and communication, data-driven recruiting, staffing forecasting, candidate retention, and development of actionable recruiting plans.
