Intent to Single Source Elgin Pelican Mechanical Street Sweeper

The City of Tampa Mobility Department, Transportation and Stormwater Services Divisions operates a total of six Elgin Pelican Mechanical sweepers to support the residential and commercial street sweeping program. This program has been developed in order to comply with the NPDES MS4 permit requirements. The City of Tampa seeking to lease one (1) Elgin Pelican Mechanical Street Sweeper with a full maintenance program through Environmental Products Group (EPG).
