The project involves the purchase and delivery of three (3) new medium voltage outdoor vacuum circuit breakers to replace obsolete units at the Church St. Substation. The Equipment Contractor is responsible for furnishing fully assembled, factory tested breakers that meet all applicable IEEE, ASTM, and NEMA standards. Work includes providing complete equipment, coordinating delivery, supplying required documentation, and ensuring all materials are new, high quality, and suitable for utility substation conditions.
