Grant Consulting Services

The City of Bartow is seeking to retain the services of one or more qualified and experienced consultant(s) to provide professional Grant Consulting Services on an as‑needed basis, as further detailed in this RFQu. The successful proposer(s) must demonstrate, through their qualifications, experience, and proposed approach, their ability to effectively support the grant development and administration needs of the City. Additionally, the City is seeking a consultant that will operate as a true extension of our organization; one that is highly engaged, proactive, and committed to identifying opportunities that advance the City’s priorities. The selected partner must actively monitor federal, state, and local funding landscapes, reach out to the City with relevant grant opportunities, and provide strategic guidance without prompting. The City expects a partner that demonstrates initiative, responsiveness, and forward‑thinking support. The chosen consultant should consistently bring opportunities, insights, and recommendations to the City, helping us stay ahead of emerging programs, deadlines, regulatory changes, and funding requirements. This proactive approach is essential to maximizing the City’s competitiveness and ensuring sustained success across multiple grant categories.
