Description
The City of Homestead (“City”) is seeking qualified and experienced firms and/or individuals (“Consultants”) to establish a pre-qualified pool of consultants to provide comprehensive grant consulting services. Services may include, but are not limited to, grant funding research and identification, grant writing and application development, and post-award grant management and administration. Consultants selected through this solicitation will be placed in a pool and may be engaged on a task order or project-specific basis at the City’s discretion. The objective of this solicitation is to enhance the City’s ability to identify, secure, and effectively manage grant funding from federal, state, local, and private sources in support of City priorities, including but not limited to transportation, infrastructure, environment, economic development, public safety, parks and recreation, technology, and community development. The Consultant shall comply with the Federal requirements per 2 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200 Super Circular, titled “Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards” and any subsequent revisions and updates to 2 CFR.
