Description

7/13/2026: Addendum No. 01 posted with timeline updates. The State of Florida, Department of Children and Families (Department), issues this Solicitation to select a Respondent(s) to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance and repair services for twenty-five (25) vertical transportation systems located at Florida State Hospital, 100 North Main Street, Chattahoochee, FL 32324. The selected Respondent shall provide all labor, materials, parts, inspections, testing, and related services necessary to maintain the covered elevator systems in safe operating condition in accordance with the terms and specifications set forth in Attachment A – Technical Specifications (VDA No. 78906) and all applicable codes, including ASME A17.1 and the requirements of the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Respondents are required to hold a current State of Florida Elevator Contractor license as required by Chapter 399, Florida Statutes, and applicable rules of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
