Description
Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Office of Energy is awarded funding through the U.S. Department of Energy, to implement and facilitate the Florida Home Energy Saver (FESP) programs. These rebate programs consist of two separate and distinct energy efficiency-related opportunities for Florida property owners identified as the Whole Home Efficiency Rebates and the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services issues this Request for Proposals seeking Statement of Qualifications from licensed General Contractors to establish the Qualified Contractor Network for the Florida Energy Saver Program.
