Fleet Management Video Surveillance System

The contractor will furnish, install, program, and commission an expandable commercial video surveillance system . The project involves design, permitting, installation and testing of high-definition, AI-driven cameras, wireless transport links, network switching infrastructure, and a centralized recording appliance to monitor critical outdoor and transit areas of the Fleet Central Garage facility. The project will consist of two (2) phases, one in Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 and the other in FY2028. The County's Fiscal Year runs from October 1 - September 30. Funding for the FY2027 phase is currently available, and funding for the FY2028 phase is expected by October 2027. Consequently, total project completion is possible in calendar year 2027.
