Fire Sprinkler Systems, Hydrants, and Clean Agent Systems (Bid Discount)

The purpose of this specification is to establish a contract for preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, emergency response, and related services for water-based fire protection systems, fire hydrants, and clean agent fire suppression systems located at City of Tampa facilities. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, testing devices, materials, reports, documentation, and incidentals necessary to perform the services described herein. The Contractor shall maintain the covered systems in a safe, operational, code-compliant, and service-ready condition in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, ordinances, manufacturer recommendations, and industry standards.
