Fire Alarm System Inspection, Testing, Certification, Maintenance and Repair Services

The purpose of the Invitation To Negotiate (ITN) is for the Testing, Inspecting and Certification, Maintenance and Repair Services for the Fire Alarm Systems at the Orlando International Airport. This ITN will encompass the fire alarm systems in Terminals A, B, & C, Airsides 1-4 and Terminal C Landside and Airside, Train Station, and Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) Supported Out Buildings. Other supported systems are a Central Station including an AES MESH system (2ea 7705ii receivers and 2ea IP Links) and Security Information Systems Automation Software that monitors ninety-five (95) MESH accounts. There is also a Redundant EST FireWorks with five (5) clients. This Solicitation will result in a 3-year Contract with two 1-year renewal options to commence on or about January 4, 2027. The awarded Contractor must be licensed to do business in the State of Florida and perform under the laws of the State of Florida.
