Facility Condition Assessment

The intent of this solicitation is to seek a qualified firm to conduct a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of all City-owned buildings. The primary objective is to evaluate the current state of these facilities, identify deferred maintenance requirements, and estimate the remaining useful life of major systems. Qualified respondents must demonstrate significant experience in performing assessments for municipal or institutional clients with diverse building portfolios. The final deliverable will provide a prioritized capital improvement plan designed to guide facility reinvestment decisions and serve as a cornerstone for the City’s long-term capital and maintenance strategy.
