Fabrication and Installation of Historical Markers

The Gainesville Community Reinvestment Area (GCRA) is soliciting proposals for the fabrication and installation of the 5th & Pleasant Black Heritage Trail historical markers and signs. The 5th & Pleasant Black Heritage Trail includes a series of twenty-one (21) free-standing signs, combining eighteen (18) low profile markers and three (3) pedestrian totem (trailhead) signs reflecting the Fifth Avenue Pleasant Street neighborhood’s historic aesthetic and providing historical information at each location.
