ESS Intrusion System Install

The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ). FLCJ intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acauisitions Prociedures to Securadyne Systems (dba Allied Universal Technology Sevices) to Acquire and Install new security equipment for the Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Bldg. 845 at Eglin AFB, FL. Securadyne has contractual obligations on this base and with the buildings. They are the only compatible system for the current infrastructure, and their proprietary systems can only be serviced with their hardware and software. Parts and services provided by non-approved vendors will not be covered under warranty. The proposed action is a firm-fixed price task order. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621 and the small business size standard is $25million. Product Service Code J063, Modification of Equipment- Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems. This notice of inent is for informational purposes only. All sources eligible to provide this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articilation the ability to provide this requirements outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an afffirmative respone. if no responses are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication fo this notice, to the effect that comparable itmes are available, and why that it is more advantagesous to the Government that obtainingt this service through a sole-source contract, then a sole -source contract will the made. Response to this notice is to be sent to kenneth.b.brown24.civ@us.navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government Information received a a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determning whether to conduct a compettitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. If no written responses are received by 12:00 p.m. 31 July 2026, the contract will be solicited without further notice.
