Description of Requirement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for the procurement of Emergency Escape Breathing Devices (EEBDs) and associated shipping to Key West, FL. This procurement is structured as a brand name or equal requirement for Ocenco Incorporated products. Offerors proposing "equal" products must provide sufficient technical documentation to demonstrate that their product meets the salient characteristics of the specified make and model. 2.
