LETTING LOCATION: FL TPK HDQTRS POSTING DATES: 08/25/2026 and 09/08/2026 CONTRACT DAYS: 180 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 14 The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform a turnkey in-kind replacement of existing (3) DX coil computer room AC unit with outdoor condenser unit serving the Computer Room #138. Provide associated adjustments for existing valves and refrigerant piping system, electrical rework and ductwork modifications to system located at Boca Tolls Data Center, Florida's Turnpike Mainline, Exit 75. ATTENDANCE AT A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE IS REQUIRED TO BID ON THIS WORK. THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, JULY 13, 2026, AT 1:00 P.M. AT THE BOCA TOLLS DATA CENTER, CONFERENCE ROOM # 136, LOCATED AT 7941 GLADES ROAD, BOCA RATON, FLORIDA 33434. A NON-MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE. The Bidder (Prime Contractor) shall be currently licensed and hold a certification or registration issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as an Air Conditioning Contractor (Class ?A?) or Mechanical Contractor in strict accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes.
