The purpose of this Invitation To Bid is to establish a two-month contract for the per pound sale (harvest & removal) of saw palmetto berries located within the Camp Blanding Joint Training Center (CBJTC) through a Saw Palmetto Berry Sale by the State of Florida, Department of Military Affairs.
