LETTING LOCATION: Contracts Administration Office POSTING DATES: 11/12/2026 and 11/25/2026 CONTRACT DAYS: 310 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 120 Days Flexible The improvements under this Contract consist of replacing the structurally deficient bridge culvert (Bridge No. 504043) on Hanna Mill Pond Road over Hanna Mill Pond with a new concrete bridge (Bridge No. 504160) within its existing alignment. The single barrel arched pipe culvert located approximately 200 feet` west, of the bridge culvert is also being replaced with a concrete box culvert and concrete barrier. Other roadway improvements are paved shoulders, drainage improvements, guardrail, concrete barrier, and signing and pavement markings. Additionally, the weir structures and splash pads at the bridge and pipe culverts are being replaced with concrete covered steel sheet pile wall, riprap, and seal concrete.
