Connecting the Collectors PD&E

The Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, FL, are seeking proposals for services from firms or individuals licensed to practice in the State of Florida for professional planning and engineering services. This document provides the guidelines by which interested consultants are to submit their interest, qualifications, and proposal. Selection and negotiations will conform to the Florida Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) Chapter 287.055, Florida Statutes and County policy. The proposed draft agreement for the work contemplated by this RFQ is attached and may be subject to change.
