Comprehensive Mechanical Systems Maintenance and Repair Services - Bronson Animal Disease Diagnostic

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Animal Industry seeks to obtain competitive bids for a qualified and certified vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance, repairs, and operational support for the facility’s HVAC, boiler, hot water, walk-in cooler, exhaust fan, pump, and building automation systems for the Department’s Bronson Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory located in Kissimmee, Florida. Bid specifications along with appendices are attached below. Addendum 1, attached below, provides the Department’s answers to written questions received by the deadline outlined in the ITB Timeline. Additionally, this Addendum revises and replaces Appendix I and Appendix II in their entirety. The revised appendices are also attached below. Interested vendors should refer to the revised appendices when preparing their bid in response to this ITB.
