COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) YEARS 49 & 50 OASIS NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

The City of Dania Beach is soliciting bids for Project Title . Bids are to be submitted via the City's e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/daniabeachfl . Bids will be received prior to Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late bids will not be accepted. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) encompasses construction activities for both CDBG Program Years 49 and 50 under a single bid. The awarded contractor shall provide all required permits, labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for construction of both projects. Year 49 improvements include the installation of new sidewalks, paver driveways, signage, and related infrastructure enhancements along SW 5th Avenue, SW 6th Avenue, SW 7th Avenue, and SW 8th Avenue, between Dania Beach Boulevard and SW 1st Street. Year 50 work consists of similar infrastructure improvements, including new sidewalks, paver driveways, signage, and associated enhancements within the area of SW 46th Place, SW 46th Court, SW 47th Street, and SW 27th Avenue.
