Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Training and Testing Services

The Department opened proposals in response to DOT-RFP-27-9018-SJ: Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Training and Testing Services, at 10:00AM on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. After the scoring and summarization of the technical proposals received, only one vendor received a score of 70 points or more and considered responsive. That vendor is as follows: Golden Ink, LLC dba C3 Training Special Condition 20: Responsiveness of Proposals, found within the solicitation document, defines a responsive proposal as "an offer to perform the scope of services called for in this Request for Proposal in accordance with all requirements of this Request for Proposal and receiving seventy (70) points or more on the Technical Proposal." The Department intends to exercise its right to enter into negotiations with the aforementioned company per Florida Statute 287.057(6), that states “If less than two responsive bids, proposals, or replies for commodity or contractual services purchases are received, the department or other agency may negotiate on the best terms and conditions…”
