The Department opened replies received in response to DOR ITN 25/26-41, Child Support State Disbursement Unit, on June 15, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. During the Responsiveness Review process, it was determined that two of the three replies received were non-responsive. This is the posting of the Agency Decision to reject the two non-responsive replies. Per the attached Notice of Agency Decision and pursuant to section 287.057(6), F. S., the Department will proceed to negotiate on the best terms and conditions with respondent Systems & Methods, Inc. The posting is valid for 72 consecutive hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Award will commence on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. and continue for 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, until Friday June 26, 2024, at 10:00 A.M.
