Child Support State Disbursement Unit

This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, or replies, it is a posting of an Agency Decision. Please do not submit a bid or no-bid reply. The Department opened replies received in response to DOR ITN 25/26-41, Child Support State Disbursement Unit, on June 15, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. During the Responsiveness Review process, it was determined that two of the three replies received were non-responsive. Pursuant to section 287.057(6), F.S., the Department posted an Agency Decision to reject the two non-responsive replies and proceed with the responsive reply submitted by Systems & Methods, Inc. The Agency Decision was posted on the Vendor Information Portal beginning Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., and remained posted for 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, until Friday, June 26, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. No Intent to Protest was filed. The Department’s negotiations were successful, and the best terms and conditions for the contract were determined as documented by the attached statement to the contract file as required by 287.057(1),(c), 5, F.S. Therefore, the Department now intends to award the contract to Systems & Methods, Inc. The posting is valid for 72 consecutive hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), F.S., the posting of this Notice of Intended Award will commence on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. and continue for 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, until Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 4:00 P.M.
