CALENDAR ANNOUNCEMENT CONTACT: FPS.Concessions@FloridaDEP.gov Call for Business Plans: DEP Seeks Concessionaire for The Ridge Environmental Education and Event Center at Allen David Broussard Catfish Creek Preserve State Park The Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Division of Recreation and Parks is seeking business proposals for concession operations at The Ridge Environmental Education and Event Center at Allen David Broussard Catfish Creek Preserve State Park , located in Haines City. Requested services include but are not limited to overnight accommodations, event management, food and beverage and recreational equipment rental. Additional services may be proposed. WHAT: Mandatory On-site Meeting* WHEN: Wednesday, June 17, 2026 10 a.m. EDT WHERE: The Ridge Environmental Education and Event Center 5000 Firetower Road Haines City, FL 33844 *Interested parties must attend this meeting to be eligible to submit a proposal. To register for the mandatory meeting or to submit questions in advance, please email Jake Landry at FPS.Concessions@FloridaDEP.gov by 5 p.m. EDT, June 15, 2026.
