Cafe Services at the West Florida Public Library - Pensacola

The primary objective of this RFP is to select of the most qualified and experienced vendor that is most advantageous to the County. The successful vendor shall conduct the operation of the café in a manner in which best fulfills the following program and objectives: To provide an appealing and nutritionally sound food program for building employees and the general public. Provide a management staff and structure, which will offer adequate help and ensure that the food service program is one of consistent top quality and of positive regard by library employees and the public. Provide reasonable prices at a range of price points, services, selection/variety and quality This is a revenue generator to the County in the form of a percentage of Gross Sales.
